About This Role:

The head of Engineers will lead our team of AV installation engineers, overseeing all aspects of audiovisual project installations, from initial design to final implementation. This role demands strategic planning, team management, and hands- on leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality AV solutions that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. The Ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of AV systems, digital signage, IPTV, and room/desk booking solutions. Responsibilities will include developing training programs for AV Installation Engineers to enhance technical skills, while also providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate continuous learning and professional development within the team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in AV engineering, with a strong background in project management and team leadership. We are looking for someone who is highly adaptable, comfortable with fast-paced project environments, and stays informed on the latest AV and digital signage technologies. It would be highly desirable to have professional certifications in project management or AV technology solutions (e.g., CTS, CTS-D).    Main Duties: As Head of Engineers, you will be working alongside Project Managers and Product Specialists to ensure that the technical aspects of a project are setup, tested and configured read for implementation. Helpdesk Team Leader

About This Role:

The Help Desk team leader serves as a lead role to help drive quality, efficiency, success, and resolution to the customers’ needs as they oversee a team of representatives, engineers, and experts. As a key functional leader, this role is expected to contribute to the overall service direction and strategy for the group and is empowered to make sound business decisions relevant to their level of responsibility.  Main Duties: Establish performance measures to ensure service levels are met and exceeded. Technical Support Engineer

About This Role:

The Aura Technical Support Engineer (TSE) will be the secondary contact point for Aura customers contacting our Helpdesk. The TSE will work with the helpdesk to provide service support for clients, with the end goal of restoring functionality to client assets while delivering a world-class customer service experience. This position requires excellent customer service, organisational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Main duties include ensuring that customers receive prompt and efficient technical support of ProAV/Video Conferencing and Digital Signage solutions.  This position will be reporting directly to the Helpdesk Team Leader and will be based in our Reading office.  Relevant Experience:  Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Extron, Polycom & Cisco equipment.  Minimum 1-200 hours of service field or remote work.  Networking Cisco ICDN (CCNA prerequisite), Network + or Polycom PCVE desired. Expert manufacturer classroom certifications (CCNA, Crestron P-201, etc).  Ability to troubleshoot basic to intermediate AV and Video teleconferencing issues.  Demonstrate understanding of AV room schematics as well as floor plans.  Proficient with workplace databases and tools.

Retail Delivery Administrator

About This Role:

Your primary focus will be on managing and maintaining digital signage solutions, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Obtain a general understanding of key technology components.  Develop an understanding of Aura measured CSAT and NPS metrics and how this role impacts these scores.  This position will be reporting directly to the Head of Service and will be based in our Reading office.  Relevant Experience:  Proven leadership and team management skills.  Experience with financial management and budgeting.  Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.  Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.  Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.  Familiarity with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies in the Audio Visual and Digital Signage space.  Track record of implementing and maintaining quality management practices in service delivery.

Digital Signage Installation Engineer

We are actively seeking a Digital Signage Installation Engineer with a strong background in pro-active and re-active service and maintenance. Our ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of current Digital Signage technology and places a high emphasis on meeting our clients’ needs. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, conducting repairs, and ensuring the seamless operation of audio-visual, video conference, display, and presentation technologies.
